Our home offers spacious 4 bedroom, three bathroom accommodation in the style of a five star luxury resort hotel. It is all on one level with access out to an extended deck and pool area with a private fenced garden which is not overlooked.
With all the activity that Orlando has to offer, our home is the perfect place to retreat to when you feel the need for some time out. Simply chill out in the family room and watch your favourite T.V. or movies. Play games or have fun in the Games Zone. Alternatively, live the sunshine dream around the beautiful pool and garden area. Solana is a wonderfully appointed, gated enclave of vacation homes with the added benefits of luxury resort facilities including a large resort pool and clubhouse with full concierge facilities and secure gated entrance.
Kitchen
Our holiday home is furnished in a modern, contempory Floridian style with Disney touches everywhere. The hall way opens out into the formal sitting room and dining room. These lead into a spacious kitchen which is very well equipped with a large American style stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. All tastes are catered for with a juice maker and coffee maker. We even ensure that you have an English tea pot as our holiday is certainly not complete without one! The separate laundry area is fitted with a washer and tumble drier. There is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The nook is a lovely place for family meals overlooking the garden and pool and this leads to the family room – a double height space with comfy leather sofas, coffee and end tables to help you relax and enjoy the view of the deck and pool. Wireless high speed internet access is available for your enjoyment. We have an entertainment centre with new 42 inch LCD T.V., DVD player and portable hifi . Here you will also find books and board games. When needed the sofa can be converted into a double bed. There are patio doors which lead out onto the extended deck and pool. These are double locked for child safety.

The Master Suite gives the feeling of real luxury with a king sized bed, beautiful furnishings and flat screen cable T.V. The bathroom has a separate toilet and a large walk-in closet. Twin Bedrooms
The two twin bedrooms are the place where we have indulged the children.
The first twin is a bedroom fit for a princess with the prettiest of bedding and window treatment. There are your favourite princesses ready to play with and even a tiara for added magic and sparkle. Get ready to discover other hidden princess treasures!
The second twin is a room for explorers to venture into the world of animals and safaris. The bedding and window treatments reflect the animal theme and explorer Mickey and Minnie are waiting to greet you.

Swimming Pool
The pool area overlooks a private fenced garden which has been landscaped. There are no homes at the back of us. The deck is larger than most having been extended away from the house and has privacy screening on each side. The swimming pool is free form and has beautiful marine coloured mosaic tiling. The pool can be heated with the optional gas heater. There is a patio table and chairs so that you can enjoy meals outside. together with sun loungers. The whole area is screened from insects by a lanai.

Games Room
We call our games room Goofy's Games Zone which has been located in our huge garage. Fully carpeted, it houses a professional full size pool table, foosball, electronic darts and other smaller games and toys. There is an X Box and games. We have a funky bar table and stools, together with leather gaming chairs to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing time. We've even laid on disco lighting!
We also provide board games and DVDs for your entertainment.
New this year are our 3 bicycles which we are happy that you share.

The whole of our Orlando vacation villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in the master suite and family room.
Security
Security is not forgotten and there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms pool alarm and pool safety screen.
The villa has the 24 hour services of a management company who will be there to support you should the need arise. To keep the villa in pristine condition we politely ask that there is no smoking anywhere and that pets are not allowed.
